I want to be a staff member because I feel like I can help a lot in the community and keep the chat clean of racism, spamming, Death Threats, ect.
I also want to be staff to make all of the Arson community have a great experience on the server.
I don't just want to be staff to abuse my perms or brag or be rude to any of the players or think that I'm higher in the world to them.
Also, as me being staff I'm not going to play around and not do my job as a staff member I will actually help players in the community with their problems such as there being a hacker or them getting stuck in a block
I really enjoy this server and I want to put my time and effort into it, Doing that will get me more into the game again and not get bored of the game.

I want to do something to help the server not to abuse my perms or make the players not feel great about themselves.
Sometimes when I'm on Hardcore Factions and there is no staff on I could be the staff member to change that and be on when the other staff don't have enough time to be on.
Me being staff can help chat and clean up the hackers when I get the perms.I can help the mods by running the chat so they don't have to run chat and look for hackers because sometime for some staff members that could be quite a challenge even for the great staff. I can also help with Screen Shareing and helping the players in the community that don't know the rules get a better idea of the rules or even if they have a question I could message them and ask them politely what is there question and if I can't help them I would contact another staff via TeamSpeak or in game.
To sum most of this up I just really want to help the community on one of my favorite servers.
Well, I love playing on every Minecraft server, big or small, Because each and everyone of these servers has a chance to make it
Is Medical Assisting a great job for me in the future world? Medical assisting is a job that you help people with. This job includes things like taking blood samples, giving shots, check-ups, etc. Any interests I have had within this career is that you help others, prescribe medicine if they are in need, being prompt and taking care of others. Related talents to this career that I have is enjoying helping people, experiencing blood, doing regular check-ups etc. I have selected medical assisting as a career because its easy/ great training in under a year, employment growth, and flexible schedule. I believe that being a medical assisting is the best career for me.
The career I plan on pursuing in life is becoming a certified medical assistant. Medical assisting is one of the fastest growing careers in healthcare. To become a certified medical assistant you will have to achieve a certification through the certifying board of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). While you can work as a medical assistant without being certified, employers are often looking for someone skilled and qualified.
My decision to pursue a career as an Anesthesiology Assistant is hinged on three factors; first, a desire to advance in the healthcare sector and be able to take up higher responsibilities in patient care; secondly, an intentional process of building a healthcare career that would be personally fulfilling and rewarding; and thirdly, embarking on a career path that will enable me to integrate my prior education, experiences and skills, and use them as a backdrop for effective care delivery. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology. I undertook studies in this area because I had always had a deep-seated desire to help people recover from adverse situations. At the same time, I trained and work as a medical assistant, which has enabled me to have a lot of patient contact. Based on my knowledge of psychology and my clinical experiences, I began to explore career advancement options
I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team. I want to help on the server. I've seen hundreds of rule-breakers on your server and I want to stop those spammers, hackers, cheaters, griefers, and forum-flamers. The only thing that those rule-breakers are doing are ruining our everyday lives on your server and your forums.
Many people rush through their daily life without contemplating their actions, thereby missing vast opportunities for achievement. They waste valuable time engaging in frivolous matters instead of putting their energies towards more productive and meaningful purposes. In the words of the Dalai Lama: “Life is not about acquiring money and other facilities; it is about dedicating your life to helping others as much as you can.” The immeasurable value of helping others has been engrained in me since childhood. As a result of my own difficult family circumstances, I have become more sensitive, kind and mindful towards others and their own situations. I have developed a passion for helping others, which, in combination with a proclivity towards medicine has lead to my descion to become a Physician Assistant. I want to live a life where I can provide healthcare and aid to anyone who needs.
I help run The Circle which is a support group where we also do peer to peer sessions. I do research and help plan events and host weekly discussions topics and a variety of issues. Also I have planned events and help hosted events to the public through the Green Collar Corps. I have also worked office jobs with them while I did general office duties such as creating, organizing and filing papers. I also worked as a Journalist for the Toronto Community Housing Curb Appeal Project where I took pictures and documented tenant thoughts and concerns about their community and the
“It always seems impossible until it’s done”. This quote from Nelson Mandela comes to mind when describing why I aspire to become a Physician Assistant. It has always been a great motivation and inspired me not to get discouraged with failure; rather look forward for your goals. Frequently, it takes many trials and lack of success as well as achievements, for one to truthfully discover him/herself. I instinctively progressed through the motions of life. Many options were available and choosing a career as I grew up kept altering, until one day when I saw how helping other people is my sole purpose of life. Getting to know more of physician assistant drove me into the thoughts of pursuing it as a career.
Why do you want to become Staff? I want to be staff to help the server in any way I can. I constantly see people in chat typing "mod tp" "mod help" "pls staff" over and over for sometimes 20-30 minutes straight and it just bothers me seeing all of these players struggling to get help from staff when the server has over a thousand players at peak time daily and I feel like this is going to not just ruin the server, but the community in general.
I can help rid of the spammers and advertisers. I know what the rules are, and how I should execute them when put into a situation to help the community. Lastly, I want to be apart of the staff team itself.
I want to become staff on this server for a couple other reasons as well. I want to become staff here because I have been staff on lots of servers and I love the joy of helping people and getting a response. A reason why I have tried to be a great staff member whenever I am staff is because I love helping people and seeing them come back on the server and messages me because I helped them out. I want to be staff because I love to see servers grow in a community and the server as well. What I want to do as a staff member on Vanish is help out more than ever I want to make sure everyone is enjoying their time on the server.
This is a thing when Players say "All the Staff sucks" or "Fuck this Server". This could lead to a Long temp ban or a Permanent Ban. And disrespecting Staff consists of talking trash or rude to the Staff Members. An example: "Fucking Im_Salty you're the worst staff member I've ever seen" or "Salty help! Ban this Hacker please!"
I should be a Moderator, because I have a great experience at staff, with communicating with players, helping and giving the right information to the player so they can understand better. Also I want to help the other Staff members when they are either sleep, doing other activities, doing homework, at work, moderating on another server. I also should be Helper, because I am a friendly guy who is strict with the rules and is cool with the players, who wants to give back to the community of OpCraft and fulfill the duty I am going to fulfill. I also want to give back by helping the other Moderator get rid of the hackers and make the community a better place for players to play on.
Im here in light of the fact that i grew up with minecraft, all servers kept up and worked by the staff here today. Being staff on a server is to upgrade the player’s diversion play on minecraft and ensure they have some good times. A few people make servers only for the cash and some do it for the commitment and sentiment seeing upbeat players. Individuals some of the time attempt to destroy that and I won’t remain for it. I won’t conflict with staff manage and regardless of the possibility that the staff is a lower rank
I want to be staff because I want to make the community a better place for everyone like new members or existing members to enjoy the server and also help them and experience moderating a bigger server with a bigger community with different servers which Omega has and people see me as a helpful person and some find me reliable and could count on me to assist them. Another reason for me wanting to be in the staff team is because I love helping people. I miss doing this from past servers I helped to moderate, and I have a great sense of accomplishment when someone asks for my help and has their problems resolved. Another reason why I want to be staff is because I want to be online when no other staff member is so there would be no advertisers
It’s been my desire, longing for a nursing career since I was in my primary and secondary school. At the age of 12, I began to look after children and baby-sitting then, from there, I gained the understanding of how to deal with children. Nursing is one of the highly demanding careers that bring new challenges every day and it comes with various rewards and a real sense of job satisfaction. I chose nursing because it is a profession where you never really finish learning. It has been my dream job since my tender age. Seeing nurses visiting my school treating students, immunisation, teaching us about health and sexual health issues, this encouraged me. My goal and desire at that age have been to help people within the Health sector. That is how; I decided to go to college where I am currently doing my Access to Higher Education Diploma (Science), which involves Biology and Chemistry. I chose this pathway because I want to gain the relevant skills and knowledge of my career to be. As someone who wants to become a nurse, I found biology as an important role in the delivery of client car...
