I want to become staff because of my attitude in-game. I'm generally a positive person and being a staff member would spread my positivity and encourage others to be positive. Another reason I want to be staff on MizuHQ is to prevent hackers. All these hackers hacking in-game, ruining other people's gameplay and me just sitting on the side and doing nothing is a problem and I'd like to fix that. Hard-Working:
I am a very hard worker I have Grit! A lot of people give up because the don't understand what they're doing, or just think they can't do it. Hard work also is someone that get the job done and gets it done fast.
Fairness:
I am always usually always fair, if someone is hacking that is my Brother, Sister, Family, Friend, Hater, doesn't matter, all treated the same. I will still ban them because it shows I do care about the server and it's not fair to anyone on the server.
In-Game:
Whilst I'm in-game, I'm excessively helping around with hackers (I either record or report to a staff member) and monitoring chat. If I notice bad behavior such as Advertisement, Ip leaking, Ip Loggers, screamers or sketchy links, I instantly act and have a staff member present on the scene.

I am very active on the Forums. I look at Staff Application's or Reports. I have been playing Minecraft for 6 Year's now and I still do play. I know if someone is hacking or not. If I am not 100% Sure I will ask a staff member to join me and spec the

I want to help the server out I believe I could stop hackers from ruining the community and I believe I could stop people from being toxic in chat and also make it a place which people could enjoy the server and enjoy playing hcf and stay on the server also I'm very good at Screensharing people so if there hacking I could find some hacks in there .minecraft even if they deleted it. I would also record every single hacker I find and put it on my youtube channel for people to see that the person was hacking, I would also record the Screenshare so if a staff wanted to see that he had some hacks in his .minecraft I could show them some proof of he/she having hacks in her folder. I also want to make the server a none toxic place so when someone joins they will stay and not leave because either a hacker has killed them or someone was being toxic to them i would look and reply to everyone's questions in chat if they need help and i will be active all the time i will respect everyone who plays on the server even if someone disrespects me i wouldn't disrespect them back i would always stay calm when dealing with these sort of situations, because two wrongs doesn't make a right i believe being a staff you have to respect everyone that plays on the server and make them enjoy there stay on the server and also doing your job
One of my greatest skills is being able to be compassionate towards others. I want to be a staff member because I feel like I can help a lot in the community and keep the chat clean of racism, spamming, Death Threats, ect. I also want to be staff to make all of the Arson community have a great experience on the server. I don't just want to be staff to abuse my perms or brag or be rude to any of the players or think that I'm higher in the world to them. Hacking On every server I have been staff on HCF - Factions I have got 30-40 bans on every server I have been staff on because I am trying hard to make sure the server is clean of hackers that way the server has a legit game play. This is one of the reasons I would like to be staff is to ban the hackers that roam around OPC. I see quite a few hackers on kitpvp and factions, and try to tell a staff member to check it out. The only problem is sometimes there is not a staff member online, and some people don't know how to record or even report hackers on the forums. I have noticed on OPC that the amount of hackers has already decreased since OPC 1.0. I hope to decrease this "hacker" population drastically.
The reason for this is that I study people that are hacking and watch their movements. Sometimes I look at the packets there sending and what level they are at (as in cps, packets etc.). I also used to use hacks myself but i have stopped but using hacks has taught me how to catch hackers and what is the easiest way to catch them. This will be an easy way to find the hackers, and then I will suspend them from the server. Hackers can occur at any times, it could be a player who joins just to hack, a player who played legit then started to hack, etc. I will equally punish all of the hackers so they know not to ever come and hack again. Secondly, I want to manage the chat and keep it clean. I see a lot of people who join and straight away start dissing people, cussing, avoiding the AntiSwear and much more that makes the chat very toxic and unwelcoming.
The two areas that best reflect my strong suits are respectful and inspiring. (Steadiness) Respect should not be taken lightly and people want others to show them that they are important. I am not the one to belittle, talk down to someone, embarrass the other person, or not acknowledge someone because they are not like me or do not hold a certain position. People respond in a negative manner and become very defensive when others treat them in any of the ways previously mention. I look at how I want others to consider when speaking and interacting with me. That is the way I have to try to handle myself when dealing with others. Taking calculated risks is what I do best because I cannot stand losing too much if the results do not outweigh the risks involved. I am also very critical on myself and can point out faults in a heartbeat. I have to analyze future actions before I act on anything because I do not want to go wrong or too far away from initial path. Repeating myself or actually running through multiple scenarios takes up a lot of time. Being overly critical on myself will eliminate some of that time that I cannot get back.
