Human bodies are genetically created to consume animal-produced products and without it the body doesn’t get what it needs to function. Humans started as vegans until sin came into the world which is when a life had to die for another life to survive. The body of a human needs each nutrient to be able to operate the way it was constructed to. Without those nutrients the body will start to devour its self to try to provide what it requires to function, and when the stomach cannot make the nutrients it needs it will shut down. Veganism could be healthy for a while until the diet starts to have deficiency of nutrients. It starts off healthy, but to be a permanent diet, it will hurt humans in the long run. The first obvious problem with a vegan diet is the nutrients that are lost while pursuing the diet. The vitamin B12 is the biggest loss in the diet. B12 is a helper in the liver and contributes to the health of the nerve cells (Noel, 2016). The liver is a very important organ in the human anatomy it helps a little bit of everywhere in the body. To get B12 in a vegan diet humans have to take a supplement to replace it. Which getting a supplement is not difficult, but does not always give the body what the natural substance does. Nutritionists also recommend humans to eat the food that gives them the nutrients they need rather than trying to replace it with a vitamin. Supplements are beneficial, but to have a healthy diet, try eating a healthy well balanced diet. It takes a great deal of planning and is not worth it in the long run. Humans all understand that food is a vital aspect of their lives and no human being can live without it. Many vegans are vegan because it helps people lose a significant amount of weight, but that is not always healthy. If humans intend to have a healthy BMI level they need to portion out the food they eat and cut back on fatty foods. Eating animals is a part of the human diet, whether people want to accept it or not. Humans get many nutrients from animal-based products and why take a supplement when people can get it from food. It is nature for one living organism to die for another to survive. The animal population will over populate if humans all become vegans and the environment will be destroyed. Humans cannot prevent all diseases, but they can control what they eat for a longer healthier
