Three shots. One national tragedy. On November 22nd, 1963, John F. Kennedy became the 4th president in our history to be assassinated. Kennedy was assassinated as he rode in a motorcade through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas. This caused a national uproar and started a manhunt. Lee Harvey Oswald turned out to be the culprit and got sent to a prison where he would be immediately killed by Jack Ruby, a local nightclub owner in prison for murder. Many believe that Oswald was the one to gun down JFK, however many others have questioned what really happened on November 22nd, in downtown Dallas. This makes the JFK shooting one of the most interesting conspiracy theories to this day. Conspiracy (N.)- a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. Many believe that Oswald could not have done this alone. Because of inconsistent witness testimonies, the single bullet theory and the CIA being involved, and lack of evidence make the JFK one of the controversial conspiracies to this day which in my opinion is true. David Perry composed of a list of all who admitted to being an accomplice in the shooting and sixty eight names are on that list. The confessors even admitted to what was their part in the shooting, for example; Ricky Don White and Geneva White became implicated by Roscoe White and their role apparently was being a shooter. Way too many shootings, sightings, reports, and accusation qualify as a conspiracy evidence. For example, a 30.06 shell casing was found by a maintenance man on the roof of the Communications Building. Even though there are many attention seekers in today’s world that have stories that don’t add up, but there is also people with evidence that asks questions and that is what makes the JFK shooting one of the biggest conspiracy theories to this
