I have watched this movie about a thousand times and it’s about a girl

named Sandy who meets a local guy named Danny at the beach while on

vacation and they fall in love. When summer ends Sandy worries about

going home to Australia and never seeing Danny again, but he tells her that

it is only the beginning for them. They then go back to school and Sandy

ends up going to the same school as Danny and they never see eachother

until a quarter of the way into the movie.

The movie takes place in the summer of 1958 into the school year at

their school. The main characters are Sandy, Danny, Danny’s greaser gang

and Sandy’s friends, the Pink Ladies. The story is about a girl and a guy

The actors consisted of many different people and characters in the

movie. Some of the actors were John Travolta (Danny), Olivia Newton-

John (Sandy), Jeff Conaway (Kenickie), Michael Tucci (Sonny), Barry Pearl

(Doodie), Kelly Ward (Putzie), Stockard Channing (Betty Rizzo), Didi Conn

(Frenchy), Jamie Donnelly (Jan), Dinah Manoff (Marty), Lorenzo Lamas

(Tom). There is more as well but those are the main actors I’d say. I think

the main actor/actress, Travolta, and Newton-John did the best and played

their parts well. The other actors/actresses did well too, but I really liked the

performance from the main 2.

A scene I specifically like is when Danny is going to do the race

against their rival gang. Another part that goes along with that is when

Sandy holds a pep rally to cause drama, then Danny acts different to

protect his reputation and to not succeed to Sandy’s affections. Those were

2 big parts on showing the type of ego Danny had. I typically don’t care for

music and singing in movies, that’s about the only thing I didn’t like or
