Its menu consolidates burgers, chickens creation, French-fried potatoes, Produce breakfast, Sodas, coca-cola , coffee, shakes, and desserts. On account of criticism and changing buyer tastes, the association has extended its menu to fuse servings of blended greens, wraps and nature products like fruits and etc. McDonald's restaurants have been found in 119 countries, and therefore they served 68 million customers a year (McDonald’s, 2014). Power of Suppliers - LOW

Currently Macdonalds is the world largest fastfood restaurant chain in sales, and it has high bargaining power over its suppliers and also most of them owe macdonald for their own existence therefore low power of suppliers equal to lower cost of raw materials and high competitive price.

Threat of New Entrance

Mcdonalds have created a barrier that its competitor are hardly to fit in as much as they do in fast-food industry, because they have really good quality products and service that public and consumer have learned to expect from from fast food industry.

As we can see, people in the public usually choose macdonalds over other fast-food restaurant unless its full in the restaurant or other silly reason, its all because macdonalds serve value meal and everything in macdonald is just good and affordable and the things from the menu are just suitable for everyone, also their services like delivery run 24hours as I mentioned earlier on the previous
