Recommended: Motivation theory
The motivation of people can sometimes be crazy, and sometimes, ridiculous to us but to them, it can be as important as a lifeline. Take Aengus for example. His motivation may seen ridiculous to some, but he probably spends his whole life looking for the glimmering girl. Or you could see Walt Masters as another example. His motivation rides on a single promise to a man named Loren Hall, whos claim was about to get jumped. He stole some dogs and a sled and then ran to get Loren Hall’s claim official. Motivation is the thing that drives people to do something, and it’s shared by two very different people, one like Walt Masters, who saved Loren Hall’s claim, or Aengus, who spends his whole life searching for a girl that he only saw once; they could still keep going even if it seems hopeless because of their motivations.

Jack had gone to find gold like many others, but came back empty handed. But, instead of gold, he had lots of ideas, and this story is one of them. This story stars a boy named Walt Masters, who lives with his father in Mazy May. He makes a promise to a man named Loren Hall to protect his claim. One day, a group of men come in and decide to jump Loren’s claim before Loren can. Walt wants to try to stop them so he takes their dogs and sled and goes off to get Loren. The men chase after him, but he keeps on going. They follow him, even going as far as trying to shoot him, but he doesn’t stop. The men eventually shoot the lead dog, and were catching up fast, but with his quick thinking he got his dogs back on track, and finally, lost them. He then caught up to Loren and got his claim official. His motivation is what helped him get courage to help Loren Hall. Now he is known as a hero in Mazy

Motivation comes in all different forms, and it depends on how a person perceives it. Motivation can be anything, and affects each person differently. A person can have multiple ways of inspiration that encourage them to succeed. A person has to be at the right place in the right time, and it’s just a matter of finding it.
A motivation is a reason someone has for doing something a certain way. The Tiger’s Heart is a story written by Jim Kjelgaard in which the protagonist, Pepe Garcia has been making decisions based on forces within him. These forces all contributed in their own ways for Pepe’s decision making and outcomes in the story. These forces have helped define what Pepe is as a human being within the story. The forces motivating Pepe are security, fear and courage, greed and exploitation, and power. These forces motivated Pepe.

Motivation is the main element towards success. Students, scientist, teachers and/ or any individual who wants to reach a goal needs to be motivated/ambitious. This motivation/ambition is what guides and keep people going. This ambition may be geared towards inventing/creating something, obtaining more money, and/or succeeding. The ambition people have are good, but sometimes lead to bad consequences. These consequences set the relationship between action and ambition. But, no matter what the goal is people with ambitions will not stop until their goal is met. Ambition towards obtaining something is what motivates people. For example Victor Frankenstein wanted to create a human being. As Mary Shelley writes in "Frankenstein", Victor Frankenstein wanted to be "the first to break through life and death ideal bonds"(231). His ambition was to create a human and to break these boundaries. But most importantly, he wanted to be recognized as the first individual to do this. This recognition would make him famous forever. The only thing he thought of was to break the boundaries of life and create a human creature.

The author believes that goals and desires require an individual to be motivated to move from one state of being to the next. This motivation encompasses the emotional, cognitive, social, and biological drives that trigger behavior (Maslow, 1943). Accordingly, the word motivation befalls the frequently used description of why an individual achieves a goal, and the term motivation originates from the Latin root movere, which means “to move.” Therefore, motivation stands as the state that “moves” an individual to act in a particular way. For instance, when one is lying on the beach on a warm summer day and begins to feel hot, the physical need to cool down might cause one to stand up, go to the water for a dip. If the heat remains too over-bearing,
Walt’s and Sal’s motivation was, while Yevgeny’s motivation was to help family; However they all wanted to help others.
Motivation is the reason or purpose behind action, or what causes one to act in a particular manner. Motivation can either be intrinsic or extrinsic in nature, yet it rests solely within the power of the individual actor to be motivated (or not) by intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. Motivation is an extremely important topic of discussion in the larger discourse on leadership. It is important because it provides the basis for human action, or inaction. Leaders must be able to understand what motivates their followers in a hope to use that knowledge to guide them to behave in a certain way that is beneficial for the organization. To do so, it behooves leaders to understand the basic concepts and theories of motivation that abound.
The layman’s view of motivation is defined has the action whereby one is given a reason or purpose to complete an objective with more zeal. This in itself is not something new, but rather a method that has been applied for an immeasurable number years, possibly before it was even defined, classified
There are many different ways of interpretation of the concept of motivation. To define motivation in general I relied on Oxford Dictionary (2017): “A reason or
