I believe that my developing practice style coincides with Common Factors, as well as evidenced based practice. I think that a successful social worker must have the ability to connect with the client, build a trusting relationship built on trust and professionalism, and ensure that the needs of the client are being addressed first and foremost. I only believe there should be frequent check-ins to ensure that the needs of the client are being met and acknowledged. Therapeutic intervention serves as the building and power blocks for the clients to build themselves up and help them make changes for a positive outcome.
