For every job that you have, you will need to have a certain set of skills to be successful. For example, two people are looking to be hired, but only one person will actually get the job. The two people have near identical resumes but a few things make them different. While the first person was able to articulate his ideas when he was being interviewed, the second person could not. The first person was incredibly dedicated to getting the job while the second person was not. Last but not least, the first person was able to adapt to the fast moving paced job unlike the second person. In the end the first person got the job because of his dedication, flexibility, and communication skills. It would be extremely unbeneficial to go into a job without having, in my opinion, these most important set of skills. While there are several job skills that are essential to being successful, I strongly believe that being dedicated, adaptable, and have phenomenal communication skills are the most important.
While working or while looking for work there are certain skills sets that are universally important. No matter what job or career path you have chosen these skills make it easier to obtain your goals, whatever they may be.
These are the skills I already have such as: communication; personal skills; motivational; creative and time management skills. These I have previously acquired will help me to be successful in my career. To know how far on the scale of these specific skills I will have to do a self-assessment. Corporate Entrepreneurship can be seen as the process whereby an individual or a group creates a new venture within an existing organization, revitalizes and renews an organization ,or innovates. Zahra’s(1986) definition of corporate entrepreneurship suggests a formal or informal activity aimed at creating new businesses in established firms through product and process innovations and market developments,whereas sathe(1985) defines corporate entrepreneurship as a process of organizational renewal. Corporate Entrepreneurship has emerged as a much needed ingredient contributing towards the growth of any organization under a changing business environment.
As a self-actualization, one's skill will be growing and increasing by plunging directly into the community, that is by working. Ability of various things can be drawn and sharpened on the sidelines before get a permanent job.
In conclusion, my assessment re-assure the characteristics I knew I already had. However, it was an opportunity to foretell what I need to brush up on. Even though I do not wish to be an entrepreneur, entrepreneur’s carry a tremendous amount of characteristics that bring success. Mastering these skills will definitely be a benefit in an exceedingly amount of challenges/opportunities I will face in my career

Many people dream of becoming entrepreneurs someday. But it made me realize that there other factors that needs to be taken into consideration. We need to ask ourselves are we ready to take the challenge to the outside world. Not everyone have the vision, innovation and creativity to become an entrepreneur. The individual must have a positive attitude and accept the responsibility, have discipline to meet their goals, and take action when the opportunity presents itself. Many prefer a job security and rely on a weekly paycheck, while entrepreneurs will take risks and doesn 't have that luxury to know the amount of their income.
The path to achieving great success is not easy. Whereas there are many shortcuts, the long and patient walk is what takes a person many miles ahead. This concept applies to any individual who aims at becoming a successful businessman. The process of becoming a successful businessman requires a person to attain several accomplishment levels. Each of the level takes energy and time, as well as the ability to recognize the things that make a person truly successful in the business world and life. Becoming a successful businessman requires measurements that take into account not only the monetary and material gains but also the greater scheme of things. Therefore, true success measure achieves in light of creating wealth and value. These factors are vital in the lifetime of success as they present an intangible worth and measurable profit. All people contain a thing within them known as skill. Skill the ability to do something well; expertise. Many people claim that that are skilled in a certain activities. I may take time for people to learn, develop a skill, but some people are naturally skilled at certain things. 1. WHY? Develop your "why". As an entrepreneur, not all times you have in business will be perfect. In fact, there will be many, many difficulties along the way. However, if you can develop your why, you can achieve success. Your why must be this personal, passionate, emotional drive that keeps you going, when the world tells you to give up. It is the reason you commit and work so hard. Pushing on when it seems all the odds and world is against you. Your "why" becomes your driving will to wake up and do it again tomorrow.
