Some people will probably have more than one restaurant that they love to get the chance to eat at. When going out to dinner at fine dining restaurants, for example, the Bonefish Grille, people will be thinking about having an enjoyable night. When people hear the words “fine dining” those words make people start to think about fancy table clothes, people in tuxedos and so forth. Evaluating a fancy restaurant involves accessing fine dining customer service because it determines that all restaurants attempt to serve their customers and in the meantime maintaining the quality of their service they offer. For the majority the time, most people know what they want when they go to a restaurant. However, another good factor that makes The Cheesecake Factory’s menu so impressive is the fact that the restaurant offers a variety of selections on the menu. The menu consist of more than two hundred menu items, including appetizers, pizzas, salads, pastas, fish and seafood, burgers, sandwiches and their legendary cheesecakes and desserts. An example, the famous Cheesecake Factory “steaks, chops, fish and seafood.” In addition, with those dinner options, there are several choices of sides included in the meal. To be specific, the southern fried catfish. The sides that the southern fried catfish includes mashed potatoes, green beans, buttered corn and remoulade sauce. There’s another famous dinner meal the Cheesecake Factory offer and that is the Jamaican black peppered shrimp that dinner choice is “served with rice”, the sides includes “black beans, plantain and cool mango salsa.” Also, with those dinner meals, there is a few appetizer selections that includes, “the parmesan-garlic cheese bread, roadside sliders, chicken pot stickers, avocado eggrolls, quesadilla, tex mex eggrolls, southern fried chicken sliders and so forth.” There are two most popular appetizers to choose from which, are the “parmesan-garlic cheese bread” and “roadside sliders.” The parmesan-garlic cheese bread is a Cheesecake …show more content…

The hostess at the Cheesecake Factory is continually welcomes, someone who comes into the restaurant. Generally, most people who goes to a restaurant, appreciates awesome customer service. Some people who goes to restaurant get better customer service than others. For instance, if there’s large get-togethers, at these restaurants some customers might assume that the waiter or waitress will be totally worried and mess up the customers’ orders and not deliver good customer service, but then again, they offer extraordinary customer service. Additionally, at the host stand the guests are constantly situated, unless it’s occupied, which the customers are anticipating that it should be often. The hostess at all restaurants is responsible for sitting the customers and tries to have them situated at the earliest opportunity. At the point the customers are seated, they are then greeted by their server, who introduces him/herself at that time. All the servers are friendly and work hard to get guests whatever they need while they are dining with them. The servers are not hard to miss because they are required to wear a long sleeve white shirt, and a tie compared to other places uniform. All the servers at the Cheesecake Factory has an awesome state of mind and always do their job with a smile on their face. The servers work as a team, so whenever food is ready, a server who isn’t busy helps
