They say he’s been to Alcatraz. They say that he’s escaped. The world is searching far and wide and yet never have they found him. They say he was an experiment gone wrong. They say no one knows anything about him. They say he is immortal. They know nothing. There is only one who knows. There is only one he can trust. That one just happens to be my Papa. I walk out to the enclosed wooden porch to find my Papa slightly rocking in his bluish green lazyboy. I head over to the giant plushy couch sitting across from him. He looks up at me with a grin on his face. I ask him about who he is. Papa starts to talk about it. I quickly stop him and ask for his name. He says, “His name is Teeny Weeny.” “Papa,” I question, “Why is his name Teeny Weeny? …show more content…

It would be weird to change his name to something else!’ ‘Well, what is his name?’ I jokingly questioned. With a confused look on his face, he said, ‘He already said his name! Did you not hear him?!’ It was then that I had to explain to Teeny Weeny that humans can only understand other humans. He was very shocked.” I ask my Papa why people thought that Teeny Weeny was bad. “Teeny Weeny stopped lots of bad people from doing bad things,” my Papa tells me. “Teeny Weeny was in the wrong place at the wrong time, a lot. He was actually being very helpful and kind, but people never realized it. Whenever he tried to explain himself, they locked him in jail. The people who took him forgot that he was small, and he slipped right out through the bars. Police set out on a manhunt, or a tiny-man hunt, because they called him an escaped prisoner. The next time they took him in, he went to Alcatraz.” “Could you tell me how he escaped?” I question Papa. “Honey!” my Nana calls out. “The chocolate chip cookies are ready!” Papa chuckled and says, “I’ll tell you that another time.” “I’m coming, Nana!” I happily
