Recommended: Essay for sleeping disorder

Open Question Assignment: Do you have one of the sleep disorders we discussed? What are its effects on you? (Ch.5) In this open question assignment, I will be discussing my first experience with sleep walking. Psychology Today defines the term sleep walking as “…a sleeping disorder characterized by walking or other activity while seemingly still asleep… Other names for it are walking during sleep and somnambulism” (cite). In addition, somnambulism is the partial arousal from stage 4 of sleep (powerpoint slide). My first experience with somnambulism was when I was eight years old.
