What impact does diversity have on a college student’s experience? How can RAs utilize diversity and inclusion to enrich their residents’ experience?
To me diversity means having multiple forms of something or a lot of different versions. Inclusion means to allow someone to be a part of or participate in what you are doing. I think diversity plays a large role in a college student's experience because there are tons of different programs and organizations to join that are all different. I should make sure that I reach out to all of my residents and come up with events that are different and that everyone will be able to participate in and enjoy.
