The patient reported that he does not have a set religion or belief, but if he had to choose he would consider himself a Christian. Unfortunately, the patient does not have a financial support and is currently on the transitional care living unit until he is placed in an assisted living home. One of the nurses that I spoke with regarding his care said that it was difficult to find him a place because many places will hesitate when a patient is a wheelchair like in his case. The patient does not work because he has a variety of health problems, substance abuse, and homeless. The secondary diagnoses of the patient are psychotic disorder, impulse control disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
