In this media, I will use various contents, which represent positivity, especially interest and inspiration. At the beginning, I would like to introduce positivity to the audience. I found that the two stories of how positive and negative mindsets influence one’s life from Fredrickson (2009) would be informative. Furthermore, the scenarios might also be related to the audience in general. Therefore, I could cite or create similar scenarios as an introduction to explain the positivity. In order to recognize and develop our positive emotions, it is important for us to understand our own condition, in term of positivity. Fredrickson (2009) suggests a method to calculate our positivity called positivity ratio. Therefore, I would like to use this ratio as one of the main content in my project. Although we could calculate the ratio manually, it is more convenient if we can get an instant result. A website www.positivityratio.com provides an automatic identification of positivity ratio. In this website, people could examine and have their positivity ratio with only answering the online questionnaire. I would use Edberg’s (2017) articles on his website The Positivity Blog (http://www.positivityblog.com.). He is a practitioner in personal development who has learned and experienced positivity through his life. I would say that he has numerous posts, which could inspire people to create a better life with positive attitudes. For example, one of his interesting articles is “Bruce Lee’s Top 7 Fundamentals for Getting Your Life in Shape”. The article would be inspirational, as it would uncover positive strategies from a famous person in achieving goals. Consequently, we could relate to his approach and apply the strategy in our
