Recommended: Communication in professional life

Pharmacy is a platform for innovational ideas that could led to a stronger and healthier world. As I peruse a professional degree in Pharmacy, it will open-doors to many possibilities within the healthcare field. As a well-rounded associate, I am optimistic and open to exploring the existing and new forms of medicine. Therefore, I believe that my career path was chosen for me in respect to the passion I express when helping others.
My personal interest in the professional field of pharmacy is based around my ability to provide a strong patient relationship, with integrity and empathy, leading to the improvement of others’ health while providing knowledgeable advice for longevity.

At the age of twenty-nine, I decided to return to school to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Science, I was challenged with deficient knowledge of math and reading for college level courses so, I enrolled in remedial courses to build up my math and reading comprehensive levels and exceeded, therefore, I persevered! I enrolled in my first science base class of chemistry and felt overwhelmed and discouraged due to my lack of knowledge in the subject, however, I used the resources that were at my disposal and found tutors that helped me overcome my fear of chemistry and succeeded, therefore, I persevered! I also struggled with math over my postsecondary years, however, I searched and discovered ways to overcome my fear of not achieving my goals by applying myself and exhausting all possible resources available, therefore, I persevered! At the age of thirty-five, I became the first-generation college graduate with an Associates in Science, therefore, I persevered! Thus, at the age of thirty-six, I am still pursuing my goals to becoming a successful Pharmacist while working towards my Bachelors in Science with a strong dedication and determination of receiving an MBA along the way. Therefore, as I continue to reach my goals, I am motivated to achieve the highest. More significantly, I am eager to use the knowledge that I have built throughout my years’ in college and apply it to my Pharmacy
