Bullying has become an increasing problem among teens, parents, and society. Bullying has always been around and it is an issue many individuals fight to end. It is one of the leading causes of depression and suicide between young adults. Adults are the blame for bullying and cyberbullying among children and teenagers. It is the responsibility of the parents’ to get involved in the subject in order to educate their children about the different ways of bullying. It is a problem that must be eliminated. Bullying is presented every day in numerous forms. A bully is a person who intentionally hurts another individual physically and or emotionally and finds pleasure in doing wrong to others. Many adults have taken the time to explain the consequences of bullying to the younger generations. However, there should be more who see this act as a problem that can be prevented. Parents of bullies are usually not around in their children’s lives. Children find comfort in others unhappiness. If parents were to explain to their children the consequences of bullying there would be less unfortunate cases. Parents and guardians also need to educate their children on browsing the internet. Cyberbullying is getting out of hand, there is no good at blaming social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr. These companies are not leaving any time soon, there is more to come. Our next generations are going to be in electronic devices more than ever, if we do not act soon.
