Children, young people, and old people need a variety of education that can help them in their life. People live in a modern world, with a new culture, new information, and new technology. Everyone struggles to build a learning environment that helps him/her face the world by strong knowledge and skills. Everyone has talents and abilities that could help support the world completely. The government ought to support and encourage these talents and abilities. Otherwise, these talents and abilities will fade. Students who graduate from high schools desire to maintain their studies. However, there is a barrier that could stop them; it is college tuition. There are more and more colleges and universities which are not free, specifically colleges that have a strong reputation.
