Personal Narrative: My First Car

Could you imagine living ten miles out of town and not having a vehicle. So to get anywhere you have to work and build around other people's schedule. That is why I am very thankful for the vehicle I have today. A vehicle is more important and more reliable than most people give it credit for. Especially around a small town, you cannot get anywhere without a vehicle. Today I drive a 2006 Ford F250 Powerstroke diesel. This vehicle does the job that it needs to do at this time, but I hope to get something new soon for me to drive to college and back with. The truck has been very helpful in getting me from home to school and also from home to work. Even though this is my first vehicle, I can’t wait to get something new but I know it will always be known as my first vehicle.
Almost the most important thing that a person looks for in getting a vehicle is the exterior look. To help with the stains on the seats, seat covers have been put on in the front and back. The interior is tan, so to do something different, I had the seats covers be black with a tan stripe down the middle on the door seats. In the middle seat, the seat is solid black which at first I didn’t like, but now I find more fitting. The back seat hasn’t had much done other than the twin subs under the back seat. The two subs are twin ten inch kicker 300 watt subs. They are way too powerful for me, so I have them turned down almost all the way. The subs have definitely added a special bump to the sound that some people like me enjoy. The problem I have with getting rid of the the vehicle won’t be anything with the vehicle, but the memories that come with that first vehicle you get in high
