What excites you about the University of Notre Dame that makes it stand out from other institutions? (200 words) At the University of Notre Dame, it is not all about the academics. Even though students work studiously and only focus on their school work, they get the experience to live their life as a growing adult during their spare time. Every person I have asked said they would relive their time at college without a doubt because it was a time where they learned from their mistakes which made them the person they are today. Education has been a part of my life for the past fourteen years, and I am only seventeen so more than eighty percent of my life has been surrounded by schooling. However, my family has been with me for all those seventeen years and will continue to be with me many more years because a family never leaves anyone behind or forgotten. I see my family every week for family dinner, so there is no point in running away because I will still see them.
Hopefully, I am able to find a second family at the University of Notre Dame. My family at Notre Dame would guide me through college, be an emotional support, and the presence of them just makes my day. Even though I prioritize the idea of family, I also want to explore the world independently to become a stronger person and learn my way through adulthood.
