motivation is a behavior that makes people want to struggle all the time until he or she achieved the things that they all wanted. motivation can be divided into two ways, intrinsic and extrinsic. the intrinsic one usually comes from his or her desire and this method is really proven that it can possibly achieved if this intrinsic method is used because we do not need to rely on people around like friends mostly. the extrinsic one is the reversal from the intrinsic that we rely on the people who taught us to be motivated and this method quite or often proven or succeed because human also need a help each other. now i will explain the material from the Marnie's passage previously. we know that marnie loves to sing in every single inch of ways how to sing it whether it is from the birthday event, wedding, etc. moreover, she motivated from herself and singing become her dead hobby till she got adult because she does not need a support from the people who is fairly close to her and she become a singer …show more content…

organized is well-prepared from which any type of preparation and the not-organized is the reversal from organized. in my response, i really not organized person because i cannot manage the type or the time what will come for the next period whether it is from the daily activity, school, wake up in the morning, eating, anything that is to be important from the various people in the earth. sometimes, i want to try that i want to be an organized person but it is so hard to begin or to intend it because i often do the things unorganized like do the assignments, wake up in the morning. but sometimes i do the organized things without any realize. my simple thought is that people who have the organized management is easy to get what they want because a good thing will come true if we prepared in the good way but if we do not prepare it not so well there is no way to achieve the thing that should we want
