Incident are unexpected event with sudden happened that can occurs at anytime and anywhere such as buildings, homes, malls… etc. The incidents all kinds can lead to a huge disaster through which it can cause death, injuries, also loss of property because of leak of safety require in buildings or human behaviour while fire whereas some of incident caused by due to negligence. Therefore, each building have to ensure the safety measure and means of escape such as exit doors, exit signs, fire alarm system, detection system and sprinklers to apply the protection.

The building has a manual alarm system but during fire there is no alarm sounds activated while fire that helps to notice the people to evacuate the building as soon as possible and also the building design is doesn’t have an emergency evacuation plan that they will evacuate only the outside stairs will be used for evacuation where the internal stairs are not designed for evacuation just for movements and housekeeping where the elevators also not of evacuation they stop working while fire. The fire was caused by an electrical ground fault inside a wall soffit from a refrigerated pastry display, which was not connected properly to the main electricity cables. The refrigerated pastry contained metal pipes connected to the compressor unit located outside the building were the copper pipes running through the small wall soffit as a pre-exist electrical conduit.
