INTRODUCTION
This is a detailed assignment about a service organization and the services(s) offered. The organization that is assessed throughout this assignment is the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. In brief, this service company provides a service that is greatly appreciated by local citizens and in particular those who travel to and from our country. Discussed throughout this assignment are the different services offered by the organization, the target market of the organization, how the organization should plan its marketing efforts to incorporate the characteristics of service and also make reference to actions taken by the organization to practise differentiated marketing.

The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel is one of many prestigious hotels here in Jamaica. As for any ordinary hotel, the Pegasus Hotel provides a well needed service by local citizens and especially by those people who travel to and from our country. The services offered by this hotel include: restaurant, two Bars, 24-hour Room Service, 24-hour Bell Service, 24-hour Business Centre, olympic Sized Swimming Pool, two outdoor Tennis Courts, Guest Only Fitness Centre, Quarter (¼) mile Jogging Trail, Gift Shop, On-call Doctor / Nurse, Laundry & Dry Cleaning Facilities, Internet Access in Public Areas and Restaurants and the list goes on. ...

... be on the facilities and services offered by the hotel to accommodate such persons such as the meeting rooms, conference rooms, ball rooms etc. while on the other hand, when aiming at the persons for a pleasurable visit then the marketer would more likely emphasize on the fun and exciting facilities that would interest them such as sports bar, tennis courts, treatment facility etc.
