This current election did much to further entrench stereotypes about the Mexican-American community in the minds of many Americans. While this is a negative in my opinion it is an inspiration to me. To elaborate, it has always been a goal of mine especially as a second generation, Mexican-American woman to not only overcome the barriers to that stand between me and my goal: becoming both a successful businesswoman and prominent figure in my community. It is important for me to realize these goals in such a way as to challenges the validity of these stereotypes. I am committed to making sure that stereotypes and negative attitudes won't hinder my ability to move forward. His two contributions the assembly line method of factory production and the Model Ford T car greatly changed American society. Through the advent of the car, people were able to travel and bridge gaps social and economic gaps through travel and expanding communities. The assembly line allowed factories to flourish and helped to spur forward America's growth as an industrial and economic powerhouse. I would love for either my business or way I conduct my business to be the building bridges not only within the community I have resided in but also between other communities. All things considered, the involvement of people coming from an array of economic status to better themselves and their families while working towards the American Dream is what enriches our country. I have throughout my career as a high school student made sure to develop certain key qualities that will make me not only a great future leader but always a skilled entrepreneur. I see myself as someone who is determined, hard-working and above all else
