Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions, and training new employees.
Provide assistance to managers and support staff with day to day operations. Day to day operations include typing, editing, ordering supplies, producing and distributing a variety of documents including general correspondence, memorandums, reports and payroll. Accountable for providing advanced technical and analytical support for two Supervisory Foreign Language Coordinators, Regional Program Manager, Linguists, Special Agents, Joint Task Force Agents, Intelligence Analysts, and Staff Operations Specialists for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
