Have you ever been in a relationship without any form of communication? That was a trick question, it could never have happened. This is because a relationship cannot begin or continue without it. This is evident in the definition of a relationship; the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected or the state of being connected. To be connected with someone, communication is key, because how can you be connected without saying a word? Showing, it should be found in a relationship, especially a healthy one. As, communication is the foundation of a healthy relationship, without it, no one can progress, use teamwork effectively or have an efficiently organized life.

Then, after they are done describing how they feel, they can then take a step back and look at each point of view, and try and find some suitable solution to solve the problem. The issue could have never been resolved without communicating, which then would have resulted in an unhealthy relationship since they would have had a lasting problem to deal with. Ultimately, showing no progress in this relationship, can cause it to become unhealthy, or even ending ties over time. Furthermore, not having communication can limit your progress with work relationships as well. For example, if there is a loss of communication in the workplace it can restrict the formation of progress. This is because, with this loss of communicating, many problems start to occur. Including stress, less effective teamwork, heavy workloads and much more. These problems will never get any better and the relationships built with coworkers and colleagues will be lost. In the first place, a healthy relationship cannot be achieved without teamwork. This can be precedent in many relationships. The issue with not possessing teamwork is when there are disagreements, a natural obstacle in all relationships. For instance, when the solution, each and every time is the same person giving in and telling their partner that they are right. Several people in a relationship do this because they are afraid of a bigger problem happening, however, not going to work out in the long run. This is because the one partner who is always giving in can build resentment, over a time. This can lead to a toxic relationship. Although, this can be resolved by communication. It is a better solution to use communication in this case and talking more thoroughly about the dilemma. Being a team means both companions can solve problems in a mature fashion, meet each half way and understand how the other person may be feeling. This way one person is not always having to give in, but the argument is solved by both understanding the other, and by both sacrificing things for the good of the relationship.
