During the 19th and 20th century, a lot of people lived a really long life, some of them lived for one hundred, two hundred and even three hundred years. However, now in the 21st century, if a person lives for a hundred years, he is considered a living legend during these times. Moreover, the synthesis of new medications have also been researched but none of them work at all to increase a person's life expectancy. Do you want to live your life for a hundred years or even more? Although many new diseases have recently showed up, we can not blame those diseases. The choices we make affect the longevity of our lives.
Arranging a time schedule for your everyday life is the first step toward a longer life. Time schedule is needed in our daily life because without it, we would not use our time efficiently. Our lack of rest can be caused by excessive exposure of entertainments from TV, laptops, etc. Getting enough sleep is not enough for our health, we also need to exercise such as taking a morning walk around our residence or a park while we breath in the clean fresh air into our lungs. Additionally, exposing ourselves to the morning sun would make us sweat which diminishes the toxic waste from our skin meanwhile receiving vitamin D, making ourselves more healthy. Furthermore, we could also develop good hobbies like swimming, playing soccer skydiving, bungee jumping which could prevent future heart attacks. Also, it is important to eat at set times. Overall, most people who manage a time schedule are more likely to live longer than the ones who do not make one.
If we can control the consumptions of foods and drinks, we can have a prolonged life. The intake of healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and even home made meals increase...

...lar checkup especially for the older people. A monthly routine checkup of your cholesterol level, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar level could be tested. These checkups will help us to decide our further life choices later on.
There could be more different ways to prolong our lifespan but according to me, these are the important aspects which are needed to be done first. It is actually really hard to start a good habit especially if we have stick to our bad ones for years. A motivation from someone you care is the most helpful need that could make you think before taking a risky choice. It could be a family member, a boyfriend/girlfriend, friends and even God. Eventually in the end, the choices you make is in your hand and be sure to think for a thousand times literally before making a step since a wrong step could be very fatal for your future later on.
