This is business memo number three, explaining the changing role of a Chief Communications Officer, or a CCO, as described by Roger Bolton, Mark Bain, and the “Leadership Communication” textbook.

As the title of chapter two, in the “Leadership Communication” textbook states, “Leadership is Communication”. In other words, without communication there would be no leadership, and without a Chief Communications officer, there would be no communication.
