Ben/Brad, We had a great meeting today with LCL today. Not much has changed from the last few meetings. They are still requesting details from Herzog and Wausau. I understand that dealing with LCL and Wright Runstad as partners can lead future jobs for both parties involved. The idea is that we as a team can deliver on this commitment, showing them that they can count on both Herzog Glass and Wausau to get the job done. Because this is a design build project LCL and NBBJ along with MKA need our assistance in moving the drawings along. The direction that has been given is now clear on what we need to provide. Herzog Glass needs a hard number from Wausau, a plans and spec type of Quote. The sooner the better. We have to make sure that the number that we submitted is still going …show more content…

Per the meeting today, we need to start with the West elevation and provide details for the attachment of all perimeters. Pre shop drawing type of information. They have shared or have all the information available on Building connected. I clearly get that providing this type of detailing and work is not usually free, but we have sat through months of meetings with NBBJ and LCL saying that we are the right team. Time to step up to the plate. Yes, the question was asked today in the meeting. When are we going to see a contract? The answer was as soon as LCL receives one. LCL is under the impression that the contact will be issued in February. They made mention that when they receive one so would Herzog Glass. It’s a Herzog Glass and Wausau job. I would like to point out that both teams have spent many hours and team effort, money only to find out the job went to a competitor. It is clear that we as a team, if we make the budget numbers that we both provided, we are doing this project.
