Imagine a little boy going missing at the age of seven, and whom has remained missing for the past seven years. This is exactly what happened to Kyron Horman, a seven year old boy who went missing on June 4, 2010 from Skyline Elementary. Kryon was last seen that morning with his stepmom, Terri Moulton Horman, on June 4th at his school’s science fair before he went missing. Police officers and search and rescue members have been looking for him since 2010, but he is still nowhere to be found. There are many theories behind his disappearance. Some speculate that Terri kidnapped or killed him, or that Kyron’s father — Kaine Horman — killed him that morning. While there are still many theories out there, the prime suspect, Terri Moulton Horman is responsible for Kyron’s disappearance because all evidence still points to her. She drove him to school that morning, attended his science fair, and posted a picture of Kyron with his science project of tree frogs on her Facebook wall. After touring around Kyron’s science fair, Terri stated, “I saw him walk down the hall towards his classroom” at around 8:45 in the morning (Kyron Horman: Timeline of events since boy’s disappearance). Even though there’s no evidence of what really happened to Kyron and who “took” him, Terri is a “prime suspect of this investigation” (Iboshi). With all the clues given throughout the investigation, such as Terri stealing a weapon, getting charged for domestic violence, and getting two restraining orders against her, leads it back to the theory that Terri knows exactly where Kyron is, and what happened to him. Although Terri stated that she, “saw Kyron walk down the hall towards his classroom,” it doesn’t make logical sense because Kyron’s homeroom teacher reported him absent due to the fact that he didn’t show up to class.
