The term " knowledge" is commonly understood practice-proven result of understanding reality, its true reflection of human consciousness.
Knowledge - a resource that is exactly the same as finance, and material resources. About knowledge also need to take care to make sure that they do not lose.

Knowledge is a key organizational resource. The acquisition of knowledge is a problem as most organizations greatly depend on knowledge of their success.
There is a difference between data, information and knowledge. Data is defined as raw facts. The information is organized in a data processing result data for the purpose but without any interpretation. Knowledge involves the use of cognitive process information to make it useful. Conclusions can be drawn from the data. Findings include understanding.
One of the central issues that have emerged from the workshops was that information than knowledge. The information did not seem to be assessed at the corporate level, in contrast to the sense in which knowledge is an integral part of the intellectual capital of the organization.
