For this we have to ask our head chef to create few new vegetarian pizzas and we will tell him that he can use few new and gourmet ingredients as well because now days customers like gourmet food and if we can manage with available ingredients that will be good because it will be more economic for the business. We will try few of new pizzas and whichever is look good and taste great we will add that selected vegetarian pizzas to our menu. And we will update our website and arrange a menu drop session as well, so customers know about our new vegetarian pizzas.

Store manager should ask all staff members in advance that which person wants to work more hours and which one wants to come for few hours. In this way everyone will be
Tim’s Coffee Shoppe is a well established business that has been running as a sole proprietorship for over 30 years. The business needs to improve on its management strategy in order to perform optimally in its present environment. The purpose of this paper is to provide the owner Tim with suggested improvements on managing the human as well as financial resources of the coffee shop so as to remain competitive and increase profits. The Coffee house is conveniently located close to several metro stations, ensuring a steady flow of traffic. It is also situated near a University, presenting the business with a steady clientele of college students. The business is facing stiff competition from Queequeg’s coffee with 7 shops located near Tim’s. However, the restaurant seems able to hold on to its market share judging from the reported sales revenue of $ 400,000, and increasing sales. The Shoppe recently underwent a remodeling of its interiors and exteriors, and has purchased several new equipment including computers and a freezer. Tim’s is however facing challenges in staff management.
The data I collected helped evaluate the efficiency of cart delivery times, the accuracy of the current cart delivery schedule, and was used to make adjustments to the current schedule. Based on the data, I recommend delaying lunch cart delivery times by 5 minutes for the PCU, ASU, 4W, 4M, and 2S units to reflect a more accurate representation of when carts are actually being delivered. I also recommend assigning another employee to help with retrieving special request items from the grill/café in order to reduce the workload of the employee working the “zoner” position. The zoner is responsible for delivering all of the carts to the units expect for 4W and 4M, which the kitchen 12 position helps with. During busy times on tray line carts frequently become backed up in the kitchen, which delays the cart delivery when the zoner does not have enough help.
The restaurant business is a challenging industry and if a company has a strategy that works for them as well as their employees, it should stay the course and tweak as needed.
This summary report will provide an overview of the decisions we made as a team, the strategies we used and an evaluation of the final results. This report will also reflect on the learnings on how to successfully manage an organization.

TP has grown from a single store in 1988 to the largest pizza chain in Spain. At the end of 1997 they had 399 stores and an estimated market share of 62% in Spain. But what made it so successful? There are several reasons for that in the TP concept:
I recommend that we decrease the average service times for all food stations as well as reduce the minimum service time for the interactive cooking station and increase the inter-arrival time. We can implement this by offering specials a half hour to an hour before the rush period begins, have enough precooked meals available to accommodate the rush and precook the ingredients for the interactive station. We can also have the manager step in as the second cashier whenever a certain amount of time transpires. The cashier on duty can signal to the manager by hand gestures or a light when the wait time has exceeded two minutes, respectively. I also recommend that the layout of the cafeteria be changed. The new layout will give us better organization of the lines in order to decrease confusion.
One of the following is an environment analysis of “largest Pizza chains” in the US and International. In the following sections, we will assess the environment analysis on “consumer satisfaction” and its re-formulated pizza recipe. Within the re-formulating and the expansion of its menu, we will see how they have been able to recapture some of the market with existing and new customers, with customer satisfaction and excellent delivery. Domino’s Pizza, for example, they have re-formulated their ingredients and added new items to their menu, but like Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Little Caesar, we will discuss their strength’s and weakness to be able to survive in the Pizza Industry. Within this report, I will cover the existing/future components of the general environment such as demographics, economics, political/legal, sociocultural, technological culture, and their efforts to remain a competitor in the industry.
S – Even after 54 years Domino’s greatest strength has been sticking to its original values, the very ones that have made it a top company since its founding: delivery speed, operational transparency, and responsiveness to customer wants and concerns. Since the beginning Domino’s top focus has been on the customer and his or her experience. By providing a simple, inexpensive, and convenient pizza option, Domino’s has been able to remain a top competitor in its industry. Over the years they have expanded their menu, going beyond the pizza box, to answer desires for additional food options such as pasta, subs, and chicken wings, as well as dessert options. This way they not only attract your everyday pizza eaters, but also can appeal to the lunch crowd as well as families looking to have a full meal equipped with appetizers, a main course, and dessert all for a low-price. Domino’s is able to remain on top due to their heavy presence in the United States as well as internationally. Domino’s also posses the ability to quickly adapt to the changing trends. With the world becoming more and more technology driven, services such as the on-line ordering website, iPhone-app, and pizza tracker, Domino’s has been able to hold its own in the ever changing world, constantly delivering a quality product at top speed.
As far back as I can remember, I have always liked going out to eat. Two of my favorite restaurants are Jake’s and McDonald’s. Though both are places to dine they have their differences in their ambiance, waiting, and expense. When deciding where to go to eat, I have three things to think about. I must consider the atmosphere or where I want to go. The amount of time I have is another consideration. The amount of money that I am able to spend is a big influence.
For years now Pizza Hut, Inc. has been the leader of the pizza industry. We have been privileged to have had the opportunity to perform research on advancements we can make to maintain this reputation. Based upon our Economic Analysis we have decided to not launch the BIGFOOT pizza. The following gives a detailed analysis, offers alternatives to improving the Pizza Hut experience, and gives reasons why we came to this conclusion.

There are three business segments which is domestic stores, domestic supply chain and international. The core operation of this company is delivering pizza. Based on number of units and revenue, they rank second largest pizza company in the world. It carry tagline of ‘you got 30 minutes’ in December 2007 to deliver pizza in that time but it is late they will get free pizza or voucher. Free pizzas not apply to all country (Adamy, 2007).
The restaurant industry has become quite competitive in recent times. In an effort to cut costs restaurants are taking serious measures to improve their performance in relation to their competitors. Two of the most important steps that restaurants have undertaken in recent years are:
In our company we make sure our customers are the Kings and we make sure that they are always motivated to come into our business.
