Julie Monologue

*From Harry: Jae, thank you for an amazing day. I, also, want to thank you for the opportunity you gave me to prove myself.*
I was in an internal turmoil. It has been seven months since Jesse left. I feel like it has been too long, yet, at the same time I fell that it hasn’t been too long. Harry’s attention and devotion to keep insisting and fighting has me feeling vivacious once again.
*To Harry: You’re welcome. I should be the one thanking you. You helped me face Stephanie and stall her until she was arrested without hesitation. I think you deserve the chance to do so.*
Alec began stirring and woke up after a few minutes. “Mum, I’m hungry.” He said. I smiled at him and helped him get up.

I internally faced palmed myself. After the food was ready I served Alec and myself some to eat. Harry and I kept exchanging messages even after Alec went to sleep after watching two movies. At around midnight we said good night. I dozed off with a huge smile on my face to a peaceful sleep.
“Jae.” I heard someone calling my name. They began poking my arm. “Jaelyn.” They said, again,
“Mhhm.” I grunt.
“Wake up.” I guessed it was Ariel.
“Nooo, five more minutes.” I said.
“Harry is calling you.” She said.
“What?” I bolted up as soon as she said that.
“I thought you said five more minutes.” Ariel teased.
“You cad.” I said and laid back down.
“Come on its almost noon.” She said. I widened my eyes and I grabbed my phone to check the time. She was right there was 10 minutes till noon. I got up and went to shower as time flies and I only had a couple of hours to get ready. Once I was done I got dressed in some jeans and a shirt while it was time for Landon’s graduation ceremony. I grabbed my phone and noticed I had new messages. I unlocked it and read the three messages Harry sent me. *From Harry: Hello, good morning, beautiful. -I must have tired you last

“Shush it, Ariel.” I said. “Did you eat, monkey?” I asked Alec and he nodded.
“I was already awake when he woke up so I fed him.” Ariel said.
“Thanks.” I said. “How are you feeling, Lan?” I asked.
“Good, just a tiny bit nervous.” He said. I chuckled and shook my head. We watched movies and had small conversations while I messaged with Harry as well. Around three in the afternoon we began to get ready. I had finished my make-up, hair and I was changing when I heard Ariel laughing and Landon telling her to stop laughing. I grabbed my shoes, phone, and bag heading to the living room.
“What the fuck are you laughing about Ariel?” I asked. She glanced at Landon then began laughing, again.
“He said he wasn’t that nervous but he forgot his cap and gown.” Ariel said. I heard Landon groan and I couldn’t contain my laugh.
“Stop it you guys.” He said. Alec came out of his room wearing a white long sleeve button down shirt with black dress pants and his black vans. Ariel was wearing a blue dress with black heels while Landon wore a blue button down shirt with black dress pants and black shoes. On the other hand I was wearing a black and white dress with black heels. It was five when I checked the
