Its launch signaled the beginning of a new age of mobile technology. The performance of its firmware and hardware components are always above other competitors such as Samsung. Moreover, customer service offered by the parent company Apple is one of the most efficient as the customer needs are upheld religiously making it worth the price.

Also added its list of achievements is the derived demand as is the norm in the tech world today. During production, a few units produced by any company are set to be flawed in one way or another, and the response of the responsible company is most treasured by customers. For example, upon the release of the iPhone 6, some users complained of their devices bending when they were placed in their pockets, and Apple responded by recalling and renewing the devices for each customer affected.
