Culture has been defined as "the shared values, traditions, norms, customs, arts, history, folklore, and institutions of a group of people.
First, understanding culture helps us to understand how others interpret their environment. We know that culture shapes how people see their world and how they function within that world. Culture shapes personal and group values and attitudes, including perceptions about what works and what doesn’t work, what is helpful and what is not, what makes sense and what does not.

Our land is our the main asset of our country due to the soil which is enriched with a good variety of minerals which gives us a quality and fertilized soil which is fit for cultivation. Secondly, Pakistan’s geographical position in the West Asia and the Islamic Faith that is shares with a number of regions have made possible a large scale migration of unskilled and semi-skilled labor which lead to a large flow of remittances into Pakistan. Third, Pakistan now has the industrial base to launch a major initiative in the export field. Because no one is there to allow such marginalized people to interfere in the matters of the regions particularly the disputed regions owned by different tribes, who rule on those lands on the rules composed by their ancestors. These influencing issues can become the cause of underdevelopment in our country economically as well as the growth and development of Pakistan.
Other than this there are coinciding reasons of such cultural disparities that should be taken under consideration by the government, which should provide such initiatives to the affected societies and communities that could help them in their better living and a sustainable future. As well as it can lead them to maintain a better economy of our country by Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools and community based participation activities that can envisage a better future for the people who are suffering from these Cultural
