The Titanic has more to the story then you would think,or what you have probably learned. About a hundred years ago, there was a ship called the Titanic. Have you ever wondered the exact numbers about it? How about how long it took to sink? Well in my paper you will learn about building it, to the remains of it.

In 1909, construction on the beauty of the seas began. The titanic took 3 years to build. It was built in Belfast, North Ireland. It was built by Harland and Wolff. 250 workers got injured or died during the making of the beautiful, huge, 52,310 tons, Titanic.

Soon after the Titanic took off, it sunk. It took 3 hours to sink and there were only enough lifeboats for less than half of the people on the ship. The Titanic sunk in the Atlantic Ocean on April 14th and 15th, 1912. …show more content…

1,522 people died. Only 705 lives saved by the ship that found them, called the Carpathia

Not a lot of people survived, 31.6% was the percent of people who survived. A lot of people could've survived because of the extra lifeboat room, 53.4%. 2 dogs survived because of the people who brought dogs aboard.

There are plenty of ship remains. The Titanic remains are sitting on the Atlantic Ocean sea bed. The Titanic sits on the sea bed 1,2400 feet below the surface, 3,780 meters!

As you can see, my paper is about the beautiful ship the Titanic. You went from building the ship, to the remains. No one thought that the ship would sink, the Titanic impacted our lives today. If it weren't for the titanic, we would not know what to improve on other Cruises. Now they are making a Titanic TWO!
