Honestly, I'm not one to say “I hate things,” however, there is one acception, Halloween. Halloween is one thing I truly despise, its pointless, it once was a good holiday, but then it became a giant scheme to sell candy, and why the horror movies, also, you know, I’ve had bad experiences. I don't want to risk it, I thought, I can't believe it's come to this. “Fine, I'll be at your house in 5,” I curtly replied, and with that, I had wasted another evening of my life, taking care of Lucas. As I was walking up to Lucas’s house I noticed something, it was a sign for a haunted house. I hope this isn't the place, it looks unsafe. The haunted house seemed to be a converted garage, however, the house looked really old, you could see the faded brown paint was chipping off, you could see the fuzzy scaffolding, Even the windows were covered in a thick gossamer, though that was probably for the effect. As I got to Lucas’s house I saw him in the window, he wasn't even ready, he was screaming at someone in his room.
