Question 1 living in a modern society, often times we are given with task that we must complete in given period, and sometimes we are given task that is too much for us to handle on our own. With that, we are required to form groups with other individuals and work together to complete such given task as working in groups will significantly reduce the time required as well as the workload to complete such task.
In every group, we are required elect a group leader as he plays an important role to steer the group towards right direction. One of the main role of a leader is to identify the needs and goals that must achieve in completing a task. Task need are the criteria that must be understood and fulfilled in order to complete it.
On top of that, the group leader also bears the responsibility to maintain the team. This is to ensure the smooth running of the group. Besides that, the group leader should segregate the work load amongst the group member. Furthermore, the group leader has the responsibility to resolve problems that might occur during the process. In other words, decision making is the conclusion we make based on creative and critical thinking, evaluation and analyzation of variables, and the reasoning supporting the conclusion.
