An informational presentation aimed at providing specific facts to Novak’s new team of co-workers, Josh Novak owns a company commonly known as the Glow Foods and has been see who owns a small company called Glow Foods, and has been selected to be a member of the team of International Food Groups. A lot of differences are noted considering the two organizations; the Glow Foods and the International Foods Group(McKeen, 2011). There was need to necessitate the transfer of all hardware and software of Glow Foods to their corporate systemsand this was to be done within a month. The next strategic move was to change the entire Mac’s to PC’s and ensure all employees are well trained on the use of the system. With these processes changed, it is evident that more consumers especially the youth and the young adult consumers be attracted. However, with good leadership and motivation, these may be countered. These problems include; the difficulty in getting real time response through the developed website during the interaction with their customers. This way, the information technology department will not be able to effectively solve problems related with the website or analyze the needs and expectations of the consumers with ease. The other problem is the need to speed up the innovation process in order to reach wider markets hence ideas is required within the shortest time
