In the stories “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell, “American Sniper” by Liam O’Flaherty, and “Harrison Bergeron” by Kurt Vonnegut. As the stories are similar they are also different in many ways, such as Setting, Mood, and Conflict. (both internal and external) As stated before, Mood is a way that we can tell how they are similar but also different. The “American Sniper” takes place in a war zone, they are fighting for equality between all races and ideas. “The Most Dangerous Game” takes place in our time, maybe a little earlier, as hunting in foreign countries. “Harrison Bergeron” takes place in the future, as everyone tries to be equal. As you can see they all take time in a different setting, but their story settings are also very similar.
