It's a fun, safe environment where you can come and practice your various hockey skills off-ice, without the high cost of ice time rental. Our objective is to improve players strength and conditioning to develop hockey players at all levels. We focus on testing and analyzing on ice shooting, passing and puck handling skills, that takes into account training individualization process suitable for all ages, and skill levels. We also provides off-ice training for Teams that are looking to take their game to the next level. We have 5 indoor shooting lanes, so you can improve your shooting and puck handling. We have 2 private 30' x 40' synthetic ice rink for small groups, 3 on 3 or private one-on-one sessions, the best way to help players maximize and improve their skills when off-ice.
