Interpersonal relations in the work set-up are the interactions between fellow coworkers. Interpersonal relations are the conflicts, different working situations like flex-time and online, team building, development of effective working relationships and management of impersonal relations. Co-workers learn to respect each other’s cultural values and the style of working that is influenced by one’s culture and tradition. Individuals can suffer more with stress and anxiety because they cannot talk to another person, if they do not have interpersonal relationships. Co-workers will hardly enjoy their work. When interpersonal relationships are evident, individuals will not suffer from stress because they will be able to share their feelings with a fellow trustworthy co-worker. Group processing is the sitting down of the team and them checking the end result of their hardwork accomplishes their desired goal.
