Active Lifestyle In regards to my current level of activity, I am kind of satisfied, but I do feel that I could use a tad more improvement. The types of activities I do to stay active are biking, rollerblading, or taking walks. However, I do these activities sporadically. There are plenty of days where I just sit around the house. What I should do to feel more satisfied is do these activities at more consistent schedule. So for example, I could rollerblade for forty minutes every morning. Doing these activities more often at a consistent pace would definitely improve my health and happiness. Food is essential to living an active lifestyle as it does give my body the energy to move around. I am a vegetarian, which is good for my health as it helps me maintain a healthier BMI level, and lowers my risks of cancer and other sicknesses. Meat can also slow down the blood flow to body organs, so I do not have to worry about that either. I actually always had problems digesting meat which meant cutting out meat was beneficial in that regard as well. My diet is not consistent besides my breakfast, which is usually a bowl of cheerios with berries. Though what is nice about my cheerios is that they contain 80% iron. A …show more content…

Biking is usually convenient for me to get around places such as the bank, library, etc. I could exercise while accomplishing things I needed to do. Killing two birds with one stone. I also rollerbladed occasionally. I do not feel as if I have the most control over my blading skills, but nonetheless, I find it fun. I usually like to go down to the lake nearby. It is a pretty, calming site where I can relax. Rollerblading just helps clear my head in general. Occasionally, my mom would take me and my brother out for walks.
