Equality is the process where everyone gets an equal chance especially in status, rights and opportunities. No one should be discriminated no matter his or her gender, race, religion, sexuality, etc. Within health and social care by law all organizations must have, a policy about “equal opportunities” to make sure that no one is treated differently and everyone has to receive the same high quality care.
