Conflict means the problem within the mind of a literary or dramatic character. Listening the understanding what the speaker has to say and to cooperate to what the other persons words. The characters are Sedgewick Bell and his father the US Senator. The setting the movie and the movie took place was mostly at the private school, and for Sedgewick’s father he was inside the Senator office. At the beginning of the movie, Sedgewick was the new student in class. As every new student tries to be a show off as in they like making jokes and being the laughable person. Sedgewick started making jokes and disrespectful to Mr. Hundret. Mr. Hundret asked Mr. Bell to sit in the front of the class but he wanted to sit in the back of the class, and the instructor found it very rude. Hundret was there teacher as high school students in a private school and he was trying his best to be a good teacher to his students. He had a great bond with each and every student. As a new student approach his class, he didn’t know how the other students would react to it neither did he. The new students’ name was Sedgewick bell known as the “trouble student”. As Mr. Bell was in Mr. Hundret class he was very disruptive just the first day of school for him. Mr. Hundret called Mr. Bell’s father and had a meeting, while Mr. Bell was out and about with his fellow classmates he considered as friends. They went to another place on a boat to visit some girls. Well, the girls got in trouble, and one had his number. As the phone rang they were hoping it was a female from that campus but it wasn’t it was his father on the line. Of course, Mr. Bell knew his consequences, his father got disappointed in him and expected him to get good grades because of the money he is investing on paying for him to go to school. Conflict is a successful literary technique, as it engages the audience and focuses our attention on the issue of conflict and exclusion, brought about by the characters’ desires to be accepted by their community.
Conflict in a story helps to make the story more interesting and eventful, this story has a lot of conflict between Georg and Ulrich. ‘A fierce shriek of the storm had been answered by a splitting crash over their heads, and ere they could leap aside a mass of falling beech tree had thundered down on them.’ The conflict of the beech tree falling down on them, helps create excitement which in return makes you wanna keep reading. William Shakespeare's Use of Conflict in Act 1 Scene 5 of Romeo and Juliet. I believe conflict has a number of different meanings, like a fight or perhaps a feud, or maybe even just an everyday argument. But also it could be referred to as a clash, not as a physical clash but a clash. of two different things completely opposite coming together.
P encourages Arnold to be better in life. Mr. P is responsible for Junior’s fight against hopelessness and his wish of not giving up hope and realizing dreams. Mr. P, at first, appears to be your average teacher who hates their job, stuck in the middle, and can’t achieve a higher level job. Everyone thought that Mr. P looked really weird. He was only 4 feet tall, had no hair, but had dandruff, there would be food stains on his shirt, visible nose hair, and weighed maybe 50 pounds but only when he’s carrying his 15 pound briefcase. But the strangest thing about Mr. P is that sometimes he forgot to come to school. He tried to start a reservation Shakespeare Theatre Company, but failed miserably. Oftentimes, students would have to be sent down to the housing compound behind the school to wake Mr. P, who is always napping in front of his television. He sometimes teaches classes in his pajamas. He is fairly popular among the students, as not much is asked out of the students. On Junior’s first day back to school, he is given a Geometry book. But on the first page of the book, he sees the words “This book belongs to Agnes Adams.” Agnes Adams is his mother, which meant that the book was over 30 years old. Enraged by this thought, he threw his book at Mr. P. Consequently, Arnold is suspended for a week. Mr. P goes to talk to him. He talks to him about his sister, and how she used to write romance novels, but then suddenly stopped, and telling Junior things about

In the case of Mr. Hundert, everyone was happy how the issue settled down, so no one was there to call him out. He carried the weight of his deed for the rest of his life, until he finally got to confront Sedgewick many years later. Hundert's thoughts about his life were identical to the thoughts of P.S. as he was walking out of the classroom, which means, considering how similar the two characters are, if P.S. did not get caught, he would have been more unhappy that he was after getting expelled from Virginia Preparatory

‘Romeo and Juliet’ by William Shakespeare incorporates the theme of conflict through many different characters and situations. The definition of conflict is “a fight, battle, or struggle; especially a prolonged struggle; strife” The play mainly focuses on the tragic lives of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet; the two characters belong to the Montague and Capulet households respectively, which have held ongoing grudges against each other for years. The play ends with both main characters committing suicide, to be together in heaven. As with many of Shakespeare’s works, the theme of conflict is a strong one. For a start, there is the ongoing conflict between the two families; the Montagues and the Capulets. The audience is unsure how this grudge started; this reflects how tedious some ongoing grudges can be. This is a vital conflict to keep the structure of the story, as without this conflict Romeo and Juliet would not have encountered the problems they had with their marriage. The Ewells are a family that does not care much about what other people think about them because of the family’s attitude. In class, Burris is very rude to the teacher, Miss Caroline, and does not care if he gets in trouble with the school or not. The Elwell children do not tell the truth and are never honest. Mr. Ewell does not provide or care for his children, and while the community shuns him for not taking care of them, he has done nothing to change his ways or attitude towards caring for his children. Their attitudes toward their hygiene is also very poor. On the first day of first grade, Burris shows up with a “cootie” or also known as lice in his hair. Miss Caroline notices the lice and confronts Burris about is but he shows no concern or care about the cootie and continues on with his day. While talking to Burris, the teacher learns that Burris rarely takes showers. Other children in the class can not help but notice that Burris smells unpleasant. On the first day of school, Scout notices that the back of Burris’s neck is gray, and his hands and fingernails are very dirty. The Ewells are also a non-law abiding family. Conflict first arises when Blanche arrives at the Kowalski household and Stanley's authority over his home is questioned. Stanley has always had authority and control of his home and also his wife Stella. When Blanche arrives he feels that he is being invaded and doesn't agree with it. His "rat race" style of life doesn't match with Blanches but has somehow converted Stella. One of the main themes about conflict is that Stanley and Blanche are in a battle to win Stella and neither of them will give her up.
