First, the company focus is to have attitudes and abilities that exceed industry standards to provide solutions for customer’s challenges and lead the industry in Research and Development. Second, the mission for customer relationships is to be a solution for the customer, maintain quality, innovation, and customer service at a reasonable price. Third, to ensure the long-term viability of the company, the mission to the employees is to have an innovative and team oriented working environment, in addition to keeping the employees informed and supported. Lastly, the future of the company depends on maintaining profitability to allow growth in the company (Apollo Group, 2004).
An organization’s mission statement communicates the purpose and values to not only the customer but also to the employees. A mission statement should not be confused with a vision statement. A mission statement is clear and concise, clearly stating who and what is important along with the direction of the organization. On the other hand, a vision statement communicates what needs to be done to achieve the mission statement. Furthermore, a mission statement should be brief, concise, and easily recitable by all employees (S. M. Coleman, personal communication, March 11, 2017). The example of a fire department’s mission statement titled “CitizenKARE” is the focus of this week’s assignment. The example attempts to communicate the department’s

A mission statement is a powerful message that companies or organizations set to be the focus and reason behind why or how they manage things. They are used to help their potential members, employees, or buyers understand their passion. It is of great importance that the mission statement is upheld or it becomes ineffective. These statements are written differently, but they are used for the common objective. The mission statement at Spring Hill College is a well written statement that uses effective style, has a clear focus, and can be interpreted by a varying audience.
Imagine the biggest deer of our life walking in front of us. The thing is so big that at first glance you didn’t even think it was a deer. That is what the Zellmer deer camp is all about. The deer camp was started seven and a half decades ago by my grandfather’s grandfather.
Customer value is defined as "the perceived benefit of a product, used by customers to determine whether or not to buy the product" (Lussier, 2006). I do believe that most customer's focus on creating customer value. It is an aspect needed in order to sell anything. A customer would not buy something if she or he did not see the benefit in buying it, therefore, organizations strive to create customer value because they need the customer to see a benefit and to buy the product.

This Company made their mission statement in 2012 and according to me this mission and vision statement is good but these need loads of changes as I have read in this course mission statement should be:-
The company’s approach to motivate employees has been working in a positive way. The employees are satisfied with the family style community, and the productivity has increased as well. The company’s style of treating employees as important partners has been successful in other manufacturing companies too. For example, when Honda opened its first factory in the U.S., the CEO and employees shared the same cafeteria, just like Lincoln.
I would desire that the company generates profits as that what keeps an organization going forward. It is vital to strive to keep the business as profitable as possible without violating any ethical standards. Customer service is an integral part of management philosophy as customers are important to every business. As a manager, it is vital to creating products and services that meet the actual and perceived needs of clients. Management requires thinking of the external environment since there is a significant change in the environment where the organization operates and there is a need to alter the life of the business to ensure that it reflects the changing

Camping is a great experience for kids, especially in this hi-tech day and age when the most outdoor exposure many kids get is the jungle background on their computer. If you are thinking about going camping with your kids, or someone else 's kids, you should keep in mind the following.
