A management philosophy helps an individual to know the direction and the steps to follow when in a position of management. The various concepts of management have been very helpful, and they have had an impact on my personal management philosophy. I show respect to by enlightening my vision and I inspire them to take the time to offer quality output while cheering them on to have a sense of ownership.
My management philosophy includes appreciating every employee in the organization and leaving each achieves individual potential. Every business cannot succeed without having employees, and they need to feel that they are part of the total organization. Every employee needs to feel that they matter in the organization and doing this is part of my management philosophy.
I would desire that the company generates profits as that what keeps an organization going forward. It is vital to strive to keep the business as profitable as possible without violating any ethical standards. Customer service is an integral part of management philosophy as customers are important to every business. As a manager, it is vital to creating products and services that meet the actual and perceived needs of clients. Managers have five major functions to perform, namely planning, staffing, organizing, controlling, and coordinating. These roles or functions of the management separate management from other roles such as marketing and accounting among others. The lessons that I have currently learned will help me in becoming a manager who will be capable of making various decisions that will have an impact on the whole firm.
