Having completed this project, I have learned that coaching can be interconnected with the business and emotional aspect to provide life-changing results. Therefore, the theories I used in my work with the clients were psychosocial, ecologically-oriented, competence-centered and completely client-centred (Mullaly, 2007, p. 48).
