Controversy Surrounding The Lunch Experience

My community service act was taking Stan, my grandfather out for lunch. Currently, my grandfather is 90 years old and he still lives at home alone. Despite these containers, he appears to manage his life alone, unfortunately, I disagree with what the surface says. Overall, my intuition says he needs help, but my father and stepmother have yet to make him the priority. For this papers purpose, I will keep it simple and straight to the point of my lunch experience. Before the lunch experience with Stan, I experienced some anxiety, due to the circumstances surrounding this lunch expedition. Long story short, I had a disagreement with my stepmother, as well as my father. For this reason, I chose to cease contact with both, but only until I felt ready to communicate. This is when my grandpa got feisty, and a bit cantankerous with me. The staff gave me plenty of giggles for going along with me though. Once the bill was set down on the table I snatched it without delay. My grandfather tried to smack my hand. Continuously, he tried to grab the check. I was not listening to him. As he had me by the collar of my jacket, half pulled out of the booth, mind you, sitting opposite from him, grabbing at me for the check, I made eye contact with the server and she smiled running for me. I tossed my debit card and she caught it mid-air. Guests around us were laughing at our humor and found enjoyment from our little tiff over the bill, and my stomach turned with glee. Consequently, I got cursed at, but that was ok. I told him, “I’m your grown grandchild, I will not watch you pay for the dessert I asked you to join me for.” Beneath the tough guy act, I could see the twinkle in the corner of my granddad's eye. Considering, I am the first of 8 grandchildren who has ever taken him to a restaurant, let alone gave him grief to pay the bill. No matter how small that bill was, I gave him a new experience and I felt him love every second of
