Individuals high in this trait tend to experience mood swings, anxiety, irritability and sadness. Those low in this trait tend to be more stable and emotionally resilient. Individuals high in neuroticism, experience a lot of stress, worry about many different things, get upset easily, experience dramatic shifts in mood, feel anxious. As mentioned earlier, the participant was hesitant to help me do the personality test at first, but when I mentioned it was for my school he agreed to help. This was his trait, agreeableness showing of how he had agreed to help. If you are low in the trait neuroticism, you will usually be emotionally stable, deal well with stress, rarely feel sad or depressed, don’t worry much, and is usually very relaxed. Average on the trait extraversion he leans more towards the extraversion side than the introversion. High in extraversion means you’re sociable, likes to be around people and don’t mind meeting new people. The participant had also scored average for the trait openness. For example, when she is with her friends and coworkers she is very loud, always laughing and having a good time. I think that she is a higher middle to maybe a lower high in Agreeableness because she is easy going and gets along with anyone she meets or works with. She is always the one that comes up with things to do and I think that maybe once in a while she conforms to what her friends want to do. For Neuroticism I would say that she is on the low side because she is good at controlling her emotions, also I think she doesn’t let her emotions ruin her day. For instance, she had a bad day at work with rehearsals, after she was done with work she let it go and went on with the rest of her day.
Extraverts are people who are relatively sociable and outgoing while on the opposite end individuals who are introverts are people who would much rather enjoy the company of close friends and family. In the vast and detailed world of psychology, there are a variety of different tests you can participate in. For example, you can participate in aptitude, verbal or numerical reasoning, and psychometric tests. These tests assess on a variety of different situations such as: behaviors, abilities and intelligence. Personality tests, a common and favored test, measure things such as: behavioral style, opinions, motivators, personal values and career interests. Most often, people complain or disagree with the score of some areas on their personality test; however, there are no right or wrong answers. After completing this personality test and reviewing the results, I found that the overall scoring accurately described me in most areas.
